Author Guidelines
Submission Guidelines for Authors:
THE AGBIZ TODAY E-magazine is published quarterly on our official website www.sabm.scholics.in
- Research Articles: Submit in-depth studies with a word limit of 3,000 to 6,000 words, including the abstract, main text, references, tables, and figures.
- Review articles: Contribute comprehensive reviews with a word limit of up to 10,000 words.
- Short Communications: Share concise and focused updates with a word limit of 2,000 to 3,000 words.
- Case Studies or Reports: Provide detailed analyses or observations with a word limit of 1,500 to 3,000 words.
- Manuscript Layout: Use double-spacing and a standard font like Times New Roman, size 12, with 1-inch margins on all sides.
- Title Page: Include the article’s title, author(s) names, affiliations, contact details and coressponding author E-mail address.
- Abstract: Provide a concise summary (150–300 words) outlining the main objectives, methods, results, and conclusions with 5 Keywords.
- Headings and Subheadings: Use consistent formatting for headings (e.g., bold for primary headings, italic for subheadings).
- References: Follow a standard referencing style, such as APA or MLA, and ensure in-text citations correspond to the reference list. (See an Example below.)
- Figures and Tables: Place them within the manuscript or at the end, with appropriate captions and numbering. Ensure high-resolution images.
- File Format: Submit the manuscript in Word (.doc or .docx) format unless specified otherwise by the magazine.
- Length: Adhere strictly to word limits specified for the article type (e.g., Research Article, Short Communication).

- Each submission must include an article authorization certificate, detailing the contributions of the authors and acknowledging responsibility for any conflicts that may arise from the article’s content.
- Authors must ensure the article is original, has not been submitted for publication elsewhere, and does not repeat previously published work.
- The corresponding author’s email address must be included with the manuscript.
- Articles submitted in PDF format, containing plagiarized content, or not adhering to the guidelines will be disqualified.
- Authors must accept the magazine’s policies and terms and conditions.
- All responsibilities regarding plagiarism rest solely with the authors. By submitting, authors confirm that they accept the magazine’s policies and terms and condition
- The Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board have the authority to reject any article that does not comply with the submission guidelines.
- Any plagiarism issues are the sole responsibility of the authors.
- The selection of articles or manuscripts is at the discretion of the Advisory/Editorial Board of the THE AGBIZ TODAY E-magazine, based on the genuineness of the content.
- Technical articles and manuscripts should feature original high-definition images, graphs, tables, and data relevant to the article.
- Originality: Manuscripts must be free of plagiarism and should not have been previously published. Submissions will be accepted only if they present unique content.
- Structure: Articles should include an introduction, abstract, tables, figures, and references. Ensure that tables and figures are appropriately cited within the article.
- Presentation: Articles should be formatted clearly on A4 paper size, written in straightforward English. They should include a summary, brief introduction, detailed methodology, results, and final conclusions based on findings.
- All abbreviations must be fully spelled out on their first use.
- Accuracy in scientific names and technical terminology is essential.
- Tables, figures, and images must be relevant, properly positioned, and cited correctly.
